Pelargonium quercifolium, "Furniture Polish Geranium"

Pelargonium quercifolium
The scented leaf Geraniums are very easy plants to grow and this one is no exception though the correct species name given to this one may not be accurate as there are so many forms of the same plant. The foliage is sticky and intensely aromatic and has a "furniture polish" smell which many people may find unpleasant. The small mauve pink flowers are attractive enough but not a patch on their showy geranium cousins. This plant grows to about a metre high and will sucker and may spread out to about 1.5 metres in all directions. It does thrive on neglect however and therefore is a useful plant for difficult sites, with the scented foliage certainly a talking point.
2017 update: I have this available though I am currently out of stock.
